us at Clear Cut Resources that we are of one accord and ensure we provide a
safe working environment to encourage synergy.
Our policy on
professionality results in completion of projects within time agreed by parties
while meeting/exceeding expectations of specific requirements which is all done
within budget. Staff are expected to held to this level of professionality in
dealing with clients as we follow due process amid a safe working environment
where our activities are not detrimental to the environment.
Our human resource
base is extensive as we strive to utilize local employees while engaging in
self-improvement for staff members through trainings and capacity building
exercises.
LOCAL CONTENT POLICY STATEMENT
In maximizing local content, Clear Cut Resources will focus on creating value and jobs within the region by proactively and energetically pursuing contracts for activities in Development* while ensuring such consideration is in a manner that is not inimical to the commercial viability of the business. We will focus on the following aspects:
· Training and Capacity Building
· Employment of locals
· Procurement of locally produced goods and services that aid project
In all of this, we will not abandon our core mission of providing superior quality, safety, delivery within schedule and a conservative budget for proposed project.
Our host community forms an integral aspect of our activities and while ensuring that the project is developed within time and budget, it is important to ensure that the project being developed is executed from a place of trust and understanding. This will be achieved though:
· Establishing and maintaining cordial relationship with host community.
· Assess operations to mitigate negative aspects of project activities that may adversely affect community.
· Provide employment opportunities for locals in the community.
In the event of disturbances or disagreement, report such to its client with a view to finding quick and amicable solutions for parties involved.
